It can improve health by enhancing circulation, boosting the immune system, reducing inflammation and spreading Qi (life force). The precise insertion of needles into specific points prompts the release of endorphins, the body's natural painkillers, fosters a sense of relaxation and aims to assist pain management. Additionally, acupuncture's potential to regulate hormonal imbalances may contribute to improved energy levels and overall more balance within your body.

Treatment Methods Used
Acupuncture
During a treatment with me I will use fine, single use acupuncture needles. A safe and effective ancient Chinese technique for many modern day concerns.
Cupping
Cupping is a traditional therapeutic technique where cups are applied to the skin to create suction, promoting blood flow and relieving stagnation.
Light Therapy
Using Dermalux, one of the only clinically approved Light Therapy devices, I can improve treatment results for acne, eczema, pain, psoriasis and many more conditions.
Moxibustion
Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese medicine practice using dried mugwort at specific acupuncture points to stimulate regeneration and qi flow.
PEMF
PEMF or Pulsed Magnetic Field Therapy, utilises electromagnetic fields to promote the reduction of pain and inflammation

Hi Im Aly, I fell in love with acupuncture and Chinese medicine through my own healing journey with autoimmune. I have studied for many years with some of the best teachers of Chinese medicine to bring to you the best that this ancient method can offer. I am a member of the acupuncture society, I am fully insured and approved by Gravesham borough council environmental health to carry out acupuncture for you in a nurturing and nourishing space.
